Hardware Disclaimer & Use At Your Own Risk

Vyrex is an advanced system optimization tool that modifies Windows Registry keys, interrupts background services, and adjusts CPU/GPU allocation. While we provide automated backup and restoration protocols, you use this software entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for system instability, hardware damage, data loss, or game bans.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Vyrex application or vyrex.app website (collectively "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Vyrex strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Vyrex executable.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not repackage or resell Vyrex or any of its constituent parts without our explicit written permission.

3. Modifications to the Operating System

Vyrex achieves performance gains by applying specific, aggressive configurations to your Windows Operating System. By running the software, you grant it permission to:

  • Modify Windows Registry entries related to system performance, game DVR, and CPU scheduling.
  • Halt, disable, or suspend non-critical Windows background services.
  • Allocate processing priority to specific fore-ground applications.

While Vyrex automatically creates a rollback point before applying changes, it is your responsibility to maintain a separate system backup or restore point.

4. Anti-Cheat and Third-Party Software

Vyrex operates by optimizing the OS level and does not inject code into video game memory or modify game files. However, hyper-aggressive anti-cheat systems (e.g., Vanguard, BattlEye, Easy Anti-Cheat) may occasionally flag OS-level tweaks. You agree that Vyrex developers are not responsible for any account suspensions or bans that may occur while using the software.

5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be functioning or available at any given time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
